An Israeli political party is appealing a decision to ban a controversial TV campaign ad. Supreme Court Justice Michael Cheshin, the chairman of Israel’s Central Election Committee, banned the broadcast of the ad by the far-right Herut Party, which featured an Arabic-language parody of Israel’s national anthem and showed the Israeli flag morphing into the Palestinian flag.
