An Israeli reserve officer who refuses to serve in the West Bank and Gaza Strip demanded that he face a military tribunal. David Zonshein, who was one of the initiators of a letter signed by reservists against serving in the territories, filed a petition to the High Court of Justice after he was sentenced to 35 days in detention during a disciplinary hearing.
