An Israeli teen-ager won a prestigious international girls tennis title. Shahar Peer, a 14-year-old from the town Maccabim, won the 14-and-under division at the Junior Orange Bowl championship in Miami. Some 128 athletes from 50 countries participated in the youth competition.
