An Israeli whose wife was killed in a West Bank shooting attack sued the European Union for $21 million. Steven Bloomberg’s lawyer argued that some of the financial aid received by the Palestinian Authority from the European Union had been redirected to terrorist groups, including the cell that carried out last August’s drive-by shooting attack on the Bloomberg family’s car.
