The principle of the numerus clausus is to be applied not only against Jews but also to persons who are of Jewish origin, states a resolution adopted today by the Voelkisch-Deutsche Academic Youth Congress which is now in session in Elberfeld.

The anti-Semitic students reiterated their demand that a numerus clausus limiting the number of Jewish students in colleges and Univerties be introduced.
