A group of youths shouting “Down with the Jews!” on Tuesday smashed the windows of seven Jewish-owned shops on the Champs Elysees in Paris, the United Press reported today in a delayed dispatch from Paris. The dispatch, which came via Berlin, said four of the youths were arrested by French police.
