Gerhart Seger, former member of the German Reichstag and a bitter foe of Hitlerism, will arrive next Tuesday for a lecture tour, the Labor Organization to Combat Hitlerism, 15 Union Square, announced yesterday. Seger is the author of “Concentration Camp Oranienburg.”
