Students at the Manchester College of Technology have barred persons spreading anti-Semitic propaganda from membership in the National Union of Students, it was reported today at the 21st annual congress of the Union.

One delegate reported that there has been an upsurge of pro-Fascist anti-Jewish agitation in both Oxford and Cambridge Universities recently. Air Minister Sir Archibald Sinclair, addressing the congress told the students that they must “fight bad ideas with good ones.”
