Hanna Steiner, Women’s Zionist leader in Prague, has been released by the Gestapo reportedly on 500,000 kroner bail. Publishers of the Jewish paper, Novy Czas, submitted a memorandum to the Gestapo appealing for permission to continue publication. A favorable reply was expected.
