Anti-Semitic incidents in New York spiked sharply during the last three months of 2003, a new report says. There were 57 such incidents during the last three months of 2003, as opposed to 31 during the same period in 2002, said the report released by Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.). But anti-Semitic incidents fell overall in 2003 compared with 2002.
