Anti-Semitism has reached its highest level since World War II, a speaker at an international conference on the topic said. “A new generation of haters has been brought up and is ready to act,” Rabbi Marvin Hier of the Simon Wiesenthal Center said on Monday, opening an international conference in Paris.
