The Riga correspondent of the London Daily Mail describes the unprecedented increase of anti-Semitic propaganda in Russia, charging that this increase is due to efforts of the agents of Grand Duke Cyril Vladimirowitch, pretender to the Russian throne. Tons of literature have been imported from Germany and Switzerland, according to the dispatch which states that panic runs all over Russia.
