Appointed to Take Charge of Jerusalem Executive

Temporary officers to discharge the duties of the Zionist Executive in Jerusalem during the sessions of the Basle Congress were appointed yesterday.

Messrs. Kalvarisky, Wilkansky and Alcinikoff were appointed to take charge of the affairs of the Executive whose members are proceeding to Basle.

Major Joseph M. Barsky, of the Medical Corps. Anti-Aircraft. Coast Artillery. Delaware National Guard, received a medal for conspicuous service from Governor Robert P. Robinson at Camp J. Danforth Bush. State Rifle Range, near Wilmington.

The conspicuous service cross was awarded to Dr. Barsky. for extraordinary devotion to duties, far above the requirements of duty well done, the citation said.
