While the hearing on the collective punishments for Safed has been postponed for a fortnight, presumably to give the Arabs time to arrange for counsel, the question of the collective punishments is on the agenda of a special meeting of the Arab Executive for tomorrow in Jerusalem. The agenda also includes the selection of the members of the Arab delegation going to London, Jewish immigration, press suspension and the imprisonment of Mouzza Far and other boycott agitators.
