Arab is Acquitted on Charge of Murdering Jew

At the resumption of the trials growing out of last Summer’s riots, Ismael Hussein, charged with the murder of Elihau Palachi, was acquitted in the High Court, because the Court was not satisfied with the witnesses offered by the prosecution. All of the cases resulting from the disturbances had been postponed during the quadrupal religious holiday of last week.
