Arab Parley Ends in Cairo; Reply to British Plan for Palestine Drafted

The Pan-Arab conference, meeting here since April 11 for discussion of the Palestine problem, closed last night with a plenary assembly during which the delegates drafted their reply to Britain’s proposals for Holy Land peace. It was believed that the Arab reply will contain counter-proposals, thus necessitating new consultations.
