The Arab Relief Committee of which the Grand Mufti is chairman, states that $37,220 have been collected in Moslem countries, including five contributions from the National Party of Iraq and Arab immigrants in Salvador. The Arab newspaper, “Felestin,” reports that $2,600 have been collected for the 800 starving Druse refugees on the boundary between Nejd and Transjordania.
