Argentine police arrested two Israelis accused of homicide and document falsification. Jacob Absalem, 35, was a fugitive from the Israeli justice system and was found on Monday while booking tickets to escape to Italy. A police spokesman said Absalem spent about a month in Argentina with a false passport. Ofer Noahn Hasan, 35, also was arrested.
