The Zionist Organization of Argentina launched a new Spanish-language Jewish magazine yesterday with the blessings of Dr. Nahum Goldmann. president of the World Jewish Congress and former president of the World Zionist Organization.

Speaking at a reception, Dr. Goldmann said he hoped the new magazine "Races" ("Roots") would attract intellectuals and youth toward Jewish causes. He noted that Zionism today is much more complicated than it was 20 years ago. At a press conference later, Dr. Goldmann said the situation in the Middle East was "explosive" but said he did not think the events of June, 1967 would be repeated because the Arabs know that Israel is much stronger now.
