Ariel Sharon held an emergency session of his Security Cabinet immediately upon arriving in Israel. The session, called to discuss a response to the series of Palestinian suicide bombings over the weekend, was held at an office in Ben-Gurion Airport when the Israeli prime minister arrived home early Monday morning.
