Arthur Lourie, Consul-General and Deputy Representative in Israel’s permanent delegation to the United Nation, has been advanced to the rank of Minister, it was announced here today by the Israel Office of Information.
Y. Loewe, a prominent Israel agronomist, has arrived in Washington to assume duties with the Israel Embassy staff as agricultural attache. He replaces Dr. Ludwig Samel, who returned to Israel.
