“Aryan” servant girls, barred by the Nuremberg laws from working in any Jewish homes where there are male members, may hold employment in Jewish institutions regardless of whether there are male Jews there, according to a new interpretation of the Nuremberg laws.
The new ruling makes it clear that “Aryan” women, regardless of their age, may work in such institutions as Jewish hospitals, homes for the aged and orphanages.
