A most vigorous and unanimous rejection of the Palestine Inquiry Commission’s report is contained in today’s Austrian Jewish papers. They term it a one-sided and anti-Jewish report. The “Juedische Stimme” expresses the hope that the English people will decline the Commission’s recommendations as infringing the Palestine Mandate.

The “Neue Welt” prefers to wait until the full text of the report is available because the telegraphic extracts “so far received are unbelievably shocking.” The organ of the Agudath Israel, World Orthodox Organization, is also postponing comment, maintaining that the press extracts do not produce a full picture.
