Lord Arthur Balfour, the author of the Balfour Declaration estabishing a Jewish National Home in Palestine, celebrated his 76th
on July 26th. He declared that he has been feeling perfectly well since his recovery from his illness of last winter. One of his diversions on the occasion of his birthday was a game of tennis.
