A Western Conference will be held by Avukah, the American Student Zionist Federation, at the Statler Hotel, Cleveland, O., on July 1 and 2, following the Zionist Convention, it was announced today by Samuel Blumenfield, national president of Avukah. The annual Avukah convention will be postponed, probably until the college mid-winter recess next December.
In lieu of the convention, it was further announced, an extraordinary meeting of the Avukah National Executive Committee will be held at Camp Scopus on Friday afternoon, July 4, where plans for the ensuing year’s activities will be considered.
