Dr. Y. Foerder, chairman of Bank Leumi le-Israel, arrived here today for a brief visit in connection with business of the bank’s New York agency and other international financing projects
Prominent among the latter is the contemplated increase of the capital of the Dead Sea Works, Ltd., to coincide with the granting of a loan by the World Bank. Bank Leumi is negotiating the formation of a syndicate of leading U.S. investment bankers for this project.
