The indictment against Dr. Philip Auerbach, one-time head of the Bavarian Restitution Office, charging fraud in office will be presented to a Bavarian Parliamentary commission of inquiry investigating the case this Saturday, it was announced here today by the chairman of the commission. He also revealed that the examining magistrate in Dr. Auerbach’s case had objected to Dr. Auerbach’s appearance before the commission.
