A world-wide plebiscite among Jews for the ratification of any agreement on reparations reached at The Hague between the government of Israel and the West German republic was demanded by Menachem Beigin, leader of the Herut Party, at a meeting here during the week-end arranged by the Revisionist Organization of Mexico.
