Menachem Beigin, who arrived here over the week-end, declared at a press conference today that he came to Argentina to raise funds among Jews in this country. He expressed opposition to the readmission of displaced Arabs to Israel, saying that such action would be dangerous from a military standpoint. He voiced the belief that the only solution to Israel’s present economic problems lay in private capital investment.
