The Belgian Queen Mother made a surprise appearance at the Israel Independence Day celebration sponsored here by the Zionist Federation of Belgium. Two thousand persons attending the affair heard Israel praised by P. Euskins, former Premier and head of the Catholic Party, and Camille Huysmans, veteran Socialist leader. The Queen, accompanied by members of her court and a number of diplomats, remained until the end of the affair.
