Former Premier David Ben Gurion was hospitalized shortly before Rosh Hashana, it was disclosed today. Physicians said the 87-year-old elder statesman suffered from a cold accompanied by fever. They said his cold was cured but he was still running a fever today and would remain in the hospital until the cause was determined. Doctors at Tel Hashomer Hospital where Ben Gurion was taken said his condition otherwise was satisfactory and that there was no cause for alarm.
