Benjamin Branfman, treasurer of J. Branfman & Sons, was convicted on Monday of possessing non-kosher meat, found on one of his trucks, parked in front of the firm’s establishment. Mr. Branfman was tried before Justices Salomon, Voorhees and Dale in Special Sessions. The court will pronounce sentence on December 15.
