Prof. Norman Bentwich, former attorney general of Palestine, will address the opening dinner of the Montreal United Palestine Appeal on April 28. Prof. Bentwich, who is associated with the League of Nations Commission for the settlement of German refugees, recently arrived in America to address a series of meetings in the United States on behalf of the United Jewish Appeal.

The slogan of the campaign, “Jewish Soil for Jewish Toil,” revolves about the special effort being made this year to raise funds to assist the Keren Hayesod which has begun work on the development and colonization of Em## Hefer, the large tract of 30,000 dunams redeemed by Canadian Zionists.
