Berlin Mayor Klaus Wowereit handed out diplomas to 10 rabbinical students at the Chabad House of Berlin. At Wednesday’s event, the students, who come from the United States and Israel, committed themselves to pursue a rabbinical degree under the tutelage of Rabbi Yehudah Teichtal in Berlin.
