Berlin Rehabilitation Commission Sets Rule for Restitution of Property to Jews

A special rehabilitation commission for Berlin has decided that all Jews who sold their property after September 15, 1935 were acting under duress and are entitled to restitution, it was announced here today. On that date the Nazis promulgated the infamous Nuremberg Racial Laws.

The Association of Former Persecutees of Bavaria has announced a competition for a design for a monument to be erected over a mass grave at the Dachau death camp. Prizes in the competition will be all-expenses-paid vacations.
