Bernard Meltzer, a Jewish lawyer who was a U.S. prosecutor at Nuremberg and helped draft the United Nations charter, died at age 92. Meltzer’s death Jan. 4 was announced by the University of Chicago Law School, where he served on the faculty since 1946.
