Bernard G. Segal was re-elected president of the Allied Jewish Appeal here for the coming year. Addressing the annual membership meeting, attended by several hundred community leaders, Mr. Segal stressed the fact that the Allied Jewish Appeal is “a dynamic force in the community and represents a communal undertaking which has the responsibility to create a social profit for the entire community.”
