The Supreme Court today rejected a plea by Col. Ulrich Fleischauer, Nazi who gave “expert” testimony in last year’s famous “Protocols of the Elders of Zion” trial, for payment of 80,000 francs in witness fees.
The court allowed him 8,000 francs but ordered payment held up pending outcome of libel and perjury actions brought against him in connection with the trial.
