George Bernhard, editor-in-chief of the “Vossische Zeitung,” who was just elected to the Reichstag on the Democratic ticket, was slated for the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs in the new cabinet which is to be formed, a report to the “Westdeutsche Zeitung” states.
