Bible Reading Passes W. Va. Lower House

A bill making daily reading of the Bible compulsory in the West Virginia public schools was passed by the West Virginia House of Delegates yesterday, 49 to 47. The bill now goes to the Senate. It specifies the readings shall be taken from the Old and New Testaments.
