Biddle Assumes Duties As U.S. Envoy in Warsaw

Anthony J. Drexel Biddle, Jr., new United States Ambassador to Poland, presented his credentials today to Ignacy Moscicki, president of the Polish republic, Biddle, former United States Minister to Norway, succeeds John Cudahy in the post.
