That Bolshevist propaganda was to blame for the Palestine troubles as well as for the Bombay strike, the British general strike and the disturbances in Egypt was charged by the Bishop of Canterbury yesterday during the debate in the House of Lords on the renewal of relations with Russia.

Viscount Cecil, replying to the Bishop, declared that it seems an extraordinary doctrine when you know the differences in religious sentiments between Arabs and Jews and the bitter religious feelings which have existed for a long time, to blame such nonsense for the Palestine riots.
