February was designated as "Victory Through Manpower" month, during which 50,000 B’nai B’rith women and girls will stimulate community efforts looking towards the recruitment of thousands of Jewish women in the war effort, at the third annual meeting of the Women’s Supreme Council of B’nai B’rith which was held here this week. Mrs. Maurice Turner of Chicago was elected president of the Council.
