The National War Service Convention of the B’nai B’rith today paid tribute to Henry Monsky, president of the organization, for having initiated “those steps which resulted in bringing the American Jewish Conference into being.”

Inclusion of a representative of the 54,000 B’nai B’rith Women on all national B’nai B’rith committees and commissions was provided for the first time in a series of constitutional amendments adopted today. Creation of a B’nai B’rith youth organization for boys, and the B’nai B’rith Girls, was approved.
