Vice Admiral Louis Denfeld, Chief of Naval Personnel, has presented a Certificate of Achievement to the B’nai B’rith Vocational Service Bureau, “in grateful recognition of outstanding services rendered to naval personnel during World War II.” Vice Admiral Denfeld presented the award in behalf of the Bureau of Naval Personnel to Leon J. Obermayer, of Philadelphia, chairman of the B’nai B’rith Vocational Service Commission, governing body of the Service Bureau.
