Skeletons of animals may at all times be seen rotting by the wayside. According to statistics 300 tons of dry bones will produce 270 tons of bone dust. The price per ton of bones is a little over 2 Egyptian pounds while six Egyptian pounds can be obtained for the fertilizer.
