Bonn Parliament Passes Indemnification Law Promised to Jews

The West German Parliament tonight adopted the law to indemnify Nazi victims as provided under reparations agreement with the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany. The measure was adopted without debate by a large majority. It is believed that the law will enter into effect next month.
