Wise, national president of the Women’s Association of the American Jewish Congress, addressed the New England branch at an open meeting Thursday afternoon at Temple Ohabei Shalom Center, Brookline. Judge Jennie Leitman Barron, president of the New England branch of the Congress, presided.
