The greater Boston Jewish community wound up the 1945 combined Jewish appeal campaign successfully at the 50th anniversary campaign Victory Dinner last night. Not only did greater Boston Jewry attain its three million quota, but exceeded it by over one thousand dollars.

Louis H. Salvage, who piloted Boston through its record-breaking drive last year, when Boston attained new heights by raising $2,250,000, again led Boston to unprecacented achievements this year.
