It was authoritatively learned today that a German delegation, here to negotiate a new trade agreement with Lithuania, is demanding that the Lithuanian Government undertake to combat the boycott movement against Germany.

The Germans, it is understood, propose abolition of the existing boycott committee and imposition of severe penalties on persons guilty of spreading boycott propaganda. They also demand that the Government order Jewish papers to publish advertisements of German products.
